FIRST 100 TICKETS
First 100 Tickets are limited to the First 100 General Admission Sales. These may be used for Adults and may be combined with coupon offers such as Free Children’s tickets. Free Children’s Tickets may have been distributed throughout your area in Fast Food Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Businesses, Schools, and Retail stores. These may be used to admit ONE child for EACH paid adult. The Free Children’s Tickets may not be used in combination with the Family Package.
FAMILY PACKAGE
The Family Package is sold exclusively online and is not available for purchase at the show’s on-site box office. Other offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in combination with the Family Package. The Family Package is limited to two adults and up to three children. Additional tickets will have to be purchased separately.
FREE KIDS TICKETS
To use a free kid ticket, you will only purchase your Adult General Admission ticket(s) online. This will allow 1 free child PER paid Adult ticket. You will then need to bring the paper ticket with you to the door when you come for the show.
CHILDREN
Children 2 and under are free and do not need a ticket. Ages 3 to 12 must have a Child’s ticket (Free or Paid). All persons ages 13 and up must have an Adult ticket to enter the Circus. All children must be accompanied by an adult and may not be left unattended at the Circus.
RESELLER NOTIFICATION
Resale of tickets for this event is strictly prohibited. Only tickets purchased through JordanCircus.com will be honored. Any tickets found to have been resold or transferred without authorization will be deemed invalid, and the holder may be denied entry. Tickets purchased for resale shall be non-refundable and immediately void. Patrons must contact the reseller for any refunds.
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a summary and a single barcode for your entire purchase. You do NOT have to print this email; we prefer you to display it on your mobile device at the entrance.
REFUNDS
Tickets are NOT refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your tickets along to a friend or family member.
